1. Use of the Service
MindCapsule (the "Service") is an application that provides diary and mood recording features. By downloading or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Cause harm, disadvantage, or damage to other users or third parties
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without permission
- Engage in any other conduct that the developer deems inappropriate
3. Disclaimer
The Service may be changed or discontinued without notice. The developer is not responsible for any data loss or damage arising from use of the Service. The accuracy or completeness of AI features (e.g. Claude API) is not guaranteed. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
4. Subscription
The Service offers a paid Premium plan (subscription).
- Monthly: ¥500/month
- Annual: ¥5,000/year
Subscriptions renew automatically before the end of each period. You will be charged to your payment method at renewal. To cancel, go to your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings and cancel the MindCapsule subscription. After cancellation, you may continue to use Premium features until the end of the current paid period.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the developer's domicile.
